- Under Mortgage Architects — As a brokerage operating under Mortgage Architects, certain information may be shared within that network as required for compliance and record-keeping
- As required by law — Regulatory bodies (FSRA, FINTRAC), courts, or law enforcement when lawfully required
- With your consent — For any other purpose with your express consent
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Retention of Your Personal Information
