  • With Service Providers — Third parties who process data on our behalf (e.g., scheduling platforms, email services, analytics providers), under contractual obligations to protect your information
  • Under Mortgage Architects — As a brokerage operating under Mortgage Architects, certain information may be shared within that network as required for compliance and record-keeping
  • As required by law — Regulatory bodies (FSRA, FINTRAC), courts, or law enforcement when lawfully required
  • With your consent — For any other purpose with your express consent

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Retention of Your Personal Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by FSRA, FINTRAC, and other applicable regulatory obligations. Mortgage brokerage records are typically retained for a minimum of six years under provincial requirements.

Transfer of Personal Information

Your personal information is processed in Canada. In limited cases, Service Providers (such as cloud platforms) may store data on servers outside Canada. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with PIPEDA requirements.
