Licensed Mortgage Brokerage

We are a licensed mortgage brokerage regulated by FSRA (Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario) under FSRA #12728, operating under Mortgage Architects. We arrange mortgage products — including reverse mortgages — on your behalf, but we do not act as the lender.

Calculator Results Are Estimates

All calculator results on this website are estimates only. Actual reverse mortgage amounts, interest rates, and fees depend on property appraisal, your age at application, property location, and each lender’s underwriting criteria at the time of application. Results are not a commitment to lend.

Not Affiliated with Any Single Lender

We are an independent mortgage brokerage. We work with multiple Canadian lenders including HomeEquity Bank (CHIP), Equitable Bank, Bloom Finance, Home Trust, and Fraction. We are not owned by or exclusively affiliated with any lender.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Limitation of Liability

Disputes Resolution

If you have a concern about the Service, please contact us first to resolve the matter informally. We aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

If you are a client of our mortgage brokerage services and have a complaint about our conduct, you may also file a complaint with FSRA at fsrao.ca.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Failure by either party to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right, nor a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date, and where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
